Polyhose U.S., a global industry leader in the production and supply of high-performance hoses and fittings with the widest range of fluid conveyance systems in the industry, is delighted to announce the opening of its new warehouse and assembly facility in Houston. This Texas expansion is part of the company’s strategic move to serve oil and gas business with high-performance hose systems and accessories, providing same-day delivery or pickup for customers throughout the region.
“Opening this new facility is a milestone for Polyhose U.S.,” Polyhose U.S. president Mohammed Millwala stated. “Our plan is to expand our operation on a national scale so that customers have speedy access to products throughout Texas and the surrounding area.”. This facility will enable us to build up our inventory to include the large diameter hoses, stainless steel metal hose products, and PTFE assemblies used by the oil and gas industry, growing their business prospects with our assembly-ready products.
The new plant will be one of the primary centers of operation for Polyhose in the south-central region of the U.S., allowing the company to more effectively respond to the increased demand for its broad range of products—from stainless steel and spiral hoses to industrial rubber products and accessories. To facilitate the growth, the firm is also bringing aboard two new employees, who will introduce vast experience to Polyhose, Inc.’s U.S. division: Mark Prast, Vice President of Business Development, and Jeff England, National Sales Manager. Also moving from the North Carolina headquarters to the new Texas facility is Mason Lee, Regional Sales Associate.
At the 11th SelectUSA Investment Summit, organized by the U.S. Department of Commerce in National Harbor, Maryland, from May 11–14, 2025, Polyhose made a $6 million investment that will generate 20 new jobs. Polyhose started its journey of investing in and growing its business in the United States after interacting with North Carolina Southeast and Wilmington Business Development teams at the 2018 SelectUSA Investment Summit.
